At Empowered to Thrive, Inc., we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every step of their cancer journey, and we do this through the following services:
Monthly Support Groups, Educational Resources, Connect and Collaborate, Buddy Program, & Chemo Comfort Packages
Together, we’re here to inspire hope, build resilience, and thrive beyond cancer.
MONTHLY SUPPORT GROUP
Join our welcoming community of survivors, caregivers, and those currently undergoing treatment. Our monthly support groups create a safe space and supportive environment where women can unite with other survivors to gain strength and power by sharing experiences and knowledge, receiving encouragement, and building lasting connections.
EDUCATION
Empower yourself with knowledge. We offer workshops and materials on understanding cancer, navigating treatment options, healthy living, and emotional well-being to help you make informed decisions. We also provide information on cancer literacy through events, speakers, and printed resources. Speakers will provide expert knowledge, healthy insights, and vital information. Events and educational forums will address issues relating to surviving and thriving cancer. Check out our events sections to RSVP for upcoming events.
CONNECT & COLLABORATE
Engage with others through events and programs designed to foster connections. Whether it’s through social gatherings or networking opportunities, we’re here to help you build a supportive community. We will connect our cancer-thriving community with established cancer health agencies to gain access to available resources for ongoing support and collaborate with other cancer health agencies to strengthen our outreach to the minority community.
BUDDY PROGRAM
Receive one-on-one mentorship and guidance from someone who’s been there. Our Buddy Program pairs you with a survivor or caregiver who can provide support, insight, and encouragement during your journey.
CHEMO COMFORT CARE PACKAGE
We provide thoughtfully curated care packages to help ease the challenges of chemotherapy. Each package includes comforting items, practical tools, and uplifting messages to support you during treatment.
